in my nexus 7 wifi by mistake i wiped all data, cache by using twrp. by now it says no os installed. by rebooting it halts on google image with open lock (already rooted). how to get back to working? pls help

The ans is damn easy Just download factory image of the version you want to install (plz select factory image correctly according to your device)
install NRT kit and follow steps for installation given on this site.
and that click on stock rom +unroot and direct it to your downloaded factory image and in minutes your phone will start working .I also did something of same kind
Just flash the factory image fromhttps://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
And flash the. Image using nrt
